I think the one you want is on Aminet as
UnDelete.lzh disk/salv 12K Restore deleted files on OFS and FFS
There's also 'Undelete.lha' on Fish (floppy) #795 - if you can find
that. The Fish collection has appeared on several CDs, and was at
ftp.funet.fi, but I'm told it's disappeared from there.
If neither of those is what you want, I can attach an 'Undelete'
prog to you which does exactly what you describe.
